No need to worry, perishable food items will be left in temperature-controlled totes. Please note that although doorstep delivery is available in every city where Amazon Fresh is offered, at this time it is not a delivery option for those that live in buildings with secure entries or limited access.

Amazon Fresh Pickup option 

In select areas, consumers can pick up their Amazon Fresh order from designated areas during a specific time slot. There is no fee to pick up your order nor is there an order minimum.

Choose the most convenient way to order

Amazon Fresh consumers can choose from two different methods of ordering groceries:

• Manual – Manually add groceries to your cart either on your computer or the app on your phone. 
• Voice (automated) – With the integration of smart home features such as Alexa, you can add groceries to your cart and place your order simply with voice commands. (This is great if you think of an item as you’re walking out the door)

You can make minor changes to your order after it is placed and before it is processed. 

How to you pay for Amazon Fresh your order

Your Amazon Fresh bill is invoiced and delivered separately from your Prime membership fees. However, your preferred payment method used for your Prime account will also be used for Amazon Fresh unless you change your account preferences.
